HOW IT WORKS
Music helps us access different parts of the brain. Not only is the auditory cortex activated, but emotional parts of the brain are also activated and even synchronized. Through careful use of music, creativity and neurolinguistic practices, I have students who have already really benefited from lessons with me, assisting in growth in confidence, well being and mindset. Covid has played havoc with the mental health of so many of us. bringing up many deep-seated issues and we now realise some things are beyond our control. With this in mind, I really tune in to get to know and understand you, what makes you tick, what inspires you and ignites your soul.


I will encourage you to find your own key, whilst using subliminal neuro linguistic techniques, diaphragmatic breathing, vocal techniques and exercises and the use of voice and song. Having worked for a number of years specifically with children with special educational needs, and taught many students throughout Lockdown over Zoom my patience is guaranteed, as together we will build a valuable and trustworthy partnership. I have an unbounding passion and determination to tap into what inspires you through music, so let’s work together to dig deep and identify the music which touches you on a deep level and lifts you up. Music is a form of meditation and it’s my purpose to elevate your spirits so you leave the lessons feeling revitalised and refreshed. Using music to release deep-seated emotions, may be a catalyst for self discovery.
